General Sheet Metal (GSM) has self-performed as the lead virtual design coordinator on projects of all types and sizes. Our team has vast experience in coordinating 3D building models across trade lines, beginning with preconstruction, continuing through construction, and on to the commissioning phase. We are recognized for our strength as a Building Information Modeling (BIM) leader within the industry; utilizing BIM to produce deliverables with a workflow that reduces impacts to schedule and removes roadblocks during the construction phase. With backgrounds extending from extensive field experience and training in 3D design and layout, we offer a complimentary package to ensure the highest quality results.
