First and Main Building, Portland Oregon 16-story, LEED Platinum building featuring approximately 346,500 square feet of office space. 20,000 square feet of ground-floor retail, professional services and amenities, including a coffee shop and restaurant.
Clatsop Community College
Clatsop Community College Jerome Campus Redevelopment involves two phases of construction The first started in December 2008 and includes construction of a new, 48,000 sf, three-story health and sciences building. The second phase is due to start in early 2010.
Current Architectural Projects
Rock Creek Middle School
Rock Creek Middle School, located in Happy Valley, combines a variety of finishes including 4 metal panels configurations in 5 colors and fiberglass roofing panels covering the canopies. The concept of bringing the outside in is further defined through the use of panels running into the interior space. Construction of this project began in February 2010 and was completed for the 2010-2011 school year.
Columbia Tech Center - Key Bank
Key Bank Columbia Tech Center utilizes a manufactured aluminum cornice system to highlight the architectural style of the structure. Completed in December of 2009 in Vancouver, Washington.
